To continue this work, we’re pleased to announce that Ilmatar is participating in the UN Global Compact Business & Human Rights Accelerator. This is a six-month international programme that activates companies in various industries and regions. This hands-on programme will help us move from engagement to action on human rights and labour rights by establishing an ongoing human rights due diligence process. We very much look forward to building a network of colleagues with whom we can increase the collective impact of business and supply chains to respect human rights and workers’ rights globally.
We have not defined specific job descriptions but instead want to shape each function to fit our applicants and complement the qualifications of our other team members.
